Covid-19 Procedures and Measures

We have put in place a number of additional safety measures so that you feel safe and comfortable when visiting Ninispa, but above all else, totally pampered and relaxed.

 

Making your Booking Online Prior Your Arrival

All treatments will be bookable prior to arrival to eliminate further contact at reception.

We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you call us to postpone your stay to help stop the spread of the virus.

Symptoms include; A high temperature, a new and persistent cough and loss of taste and smell.

Spa Reception

We do practice social distance measures by marking floors in the Spa reception.

Sanitising station and wipes available at the reception.

Wipe down all surfaces after use including: telephones, desk, keyboards, credit card machines, mouse, etc. with disinfectant spray/wipes.

Our checkout process will be contact free and cashless.

Staff Training

All of our staff have been issued with the correct PPE and trained on COVID-19 guidelines -

Wash Hands, Social Distancing, Face Covering, Gloves, Safe and Sanitize, Disinfect and Sterilize.

Treatments will be carried out safely with our highly trained therapists wearing face masks and gloves throughout your treatment journey.

NHS Test and Trace for all our employers and staff members.

Every staff member will be temperature checked daily along with completing a COVID-19 symptom checker.

All staff members / employers will be required to carry out risk assessments posed by COVID-19 in your workplace prior to reopening.

Spa Facilities

Each spa treatment room will be sanitised thoroughly after every stay with extensive cleaning schedules.

We have extended time the time between treatments to provide ample time for our staff members to properly sanitized, allow treatment rooms to air out and prepare treatment room for the next quest.

All high contact areas within the spa will be deep cleaned.

Each guest will be offered the use of a face mask at arrival.

Place hand sanitation stations and wipes around the Spa for guest and staff members use.

The latest UK government guidance has categorised the Ninispa and Greater Manchester in Tier 3: very high alert and you can find out more information about what that means here.
